Immediate enrollment even when records normally required for enrollment are not available
Attend classes while school gathers required documents
Equal access to all school programs they are eligible for
Enroll in either their local school of attendance or continue attending their school of origin

IF THERE IS A DISPUTE ABOUT SCHOOL SELECTION
If you and the school disagree about where your child should go to school, the school must notify you in writing why your child should attend a school other than the one you selected and how you can appeal this decision.
Your child can still enroll, attend, and participate fully in the school you selected until the disagreement is settled.
